Tool Space respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Tool Space Android application handles information when you use its PDF, image, OCR, text, notes and local file tools.

1. Local File Processing

Tool Space is designed as an offline-first utility application. PDFs, images, OCR text, notes, filenames and generated files selected or created by you are processed locally on your Android device.

Tool Space does not upload the contents of your selected PDFs, images, OCR results, notes or generated documents to a custom Tool Space server.

2. Information Processed by Third-Party Services

Tool Space uses certain Google services for advertising, consent management and optional Premium subscriptions.

Google Mobile Ads may automatically process information such as:

• IP address, which may be used to estimate approximate location
• App interactions and advertising interactions
• Diagnostic and performance information
• Device identifiers and advertising identifiers

This information may be used by Google for advertising or marketing, analytics, fraud prevention, security and compliance purposes.

3. Advertising

The free version of Tool Space may display advertisements using Google AdMob. Depending on your region and consent choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.

Google User Messaging Platform may also be used where required to request and manage advertising privacy consent.

4. Premium Subscriptions

Tool Space may offer optional Premium subscriptions through Google Play. Google Play handles purchases, payments and subscription status. Tool Space does not directly collect or store your payment card or banking details.

5. Camera Access

Tool Space may request access to your device camera when you explicitly choose a feature that requires capturing an image, such as Photo OCR or image-based document tools.

Camera access is not used in the background and captured content is processed locally unless you independently choose to share it.

6. Photos, PDFs and Documents

Files selected through Android file or image pickers are used only to perform the tool operation requested by you. These files are not automatically uploaded to a Tool Space server.

7. Notes and Generated Files

Notes, generated PDFs, converted images and other output files remain stored locally on your device or in a storage location selected by you. You can delete these files using Tool Space or your device's file management features.

8. Account Information

Tool Space does not require users to create a Tool Space account and does not operate its own username or password authentication system.

9. Data Sharing

Tool Space does not sell your locally processed documents or file contents.

Information handled by Google AdMob, Google Play and related Google services may be collected or shared by Google in accordance with Google's own privacy policies and service requirements.

10. Data Security

Network communications used by supported Google services are transmitted using encrypted connections. Local files remain subject to the security protections provided by your Android device and storage configuration.

11. Data Retention and Deletion

Local files, notes and generated content remain on your device until you delete them, clear application data, uninstall Tool Space, or remove them from the storage location where they were saved.

Data processed independently by Google services is subject to Google's applicable retention and deletion policies.

12. Children's Privacy

Tool Space is a general utility application and is not specifically designed or directed toward children.

13. External Services

Tool Space may use or interact with services provided by Google, including Google Play Billing, Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform.
